How does the process work?

For bidders on aklara factoring

01. Register

Create your profile as a bidder / investor in our 100% digital platform.
Share the required information for the underwriting process and, once completed, enter a marketplace full of opportunities.

02. Participate

Our platform will display ongoing auctions along with the relevant information for each transaction.

Choose and participate in those that match your profile by submitting a bid for the selected auction.

03. Invest

At the close of the auction, aklara will award the invoices to the bidder who offered the most competitive rate. If you are the winning bidder, aklara will inform you of the amount and the steps to follow to complete the payment.

04. Collect

At maturity, the buyer must settle the invoice and aklara will carry out the necessary reconciliation between participants.

aklara conducts a financial, credit, tax, and legal analysis of all participating companies, and also performs an on-site visit.

For more information, we provide an investment guide that outlines all market processes and characteristics, which is available to those interested in participating as bidders on the platform.

At the moment, there is no minimum investment required to enter the market as a bidder; however, due to the scale of our operations, we recommend considering at least $1,000,000 MXN or $50,000 USD.

No, at aklara we do not use crowdfunding, so each auctioned invoice is awarded to the bidder offering the most competitive rate.

For each auction or transaction, aklara provides bidders with an information dossier outlining its key characteristics, which includes financial and credit information, as well as a risk rating (aklara score).

aklara will provide you with a guide and instructions for issuing the corresponding CFDIs for the auctions awarded to you.
